While posting to the ASFS Google Group, i happened to come up with the
phrase,

"Blog your own horn."

when I was suggesting that someone could either cultivate existing bloggers
to publicize a topic, or start one's own blog...

So I googled the phrase, and was surprised to come up with just three
non-duplicating hits, one of which appears to have the specific meaning of
"brag on yourself":

might say, “whatthehell,,hellsbells, sometimes you have to *blog your

I'm not sure how I feel about "blog your own horn," now that I've thought
about it a bit, but at first it seemed clever enough that it must have been
in use for awhile. The earliest date above is 2005, but it seems pretty
clear that it hasn't gained any traction. Is it as lame as I'm beginning
to think it is?
