Without any prior warning, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania  has
announced that an entitlement of $200/mo. for those who have no other
source of income will be cease, as of  the 21st of August, 2012. The
state has suggested that those affected by the loss of this
entitlement may wish to attempt to seek relief at the federal level.

Fortunately, we conservatives are starving that beast.

Of course, those affected don't own horses. Hence, those beasts will
not be starving.
