Dear fellow listmembers:

Do any of you know of any books or articles, especially articles, on the
language of NJ? Regional, local speech: accents, dialect, characteristic
pronunciation, etc.?

There must be some! Thanks for any help!

Sincerely,

Grover Furr
Montclair State U.

In response to Grover Furr's question about New Jersey dialect, there
is a fine entry on that subject bv David Cohen in the Encyclopedia of New
Jersey, page 206.
