Aha -- "in front of".  Presumably somewhere freedom of assembly and
speech is allowed.  Seven AM leaks said it would be "aboard" (or
perhaps "on") the U.S.S. -- not somewhere I would have expected the
Obama government to have permitted.  (I haven't listened to or looked
at anything since.)
