something missing at DQ

Another anaphoric twist in a Dairy Queen (DQ) commercial:

"These burgers are bigger than the leading chain."

Normally, I'd expect possessive ("leading chain's burger"), but it also
works as N-N "leading chain burger". But there is still a hole.
