Jon, I think this is rather a response to Victor.  As you may mean by
the above, I simply assumed that the young whippersnappers here
wouldn't know the Coca-Puff cuckoo.  Or had had the commercials
censored by their nutrition-conscious helicopter moms.  And no-one
had yet mentioned him.
