One British newspaper archive has 32 from 2011 alone. Here's a recent one:
2012 Daily Mirror (London) 21 Jan The tough-tackling Englishman also
stands out with his mohawk haircut and popular Tweets.
Note the lower-case. A sampling of recent citations suggests this is now
standard in British newspapers.
