"Deduplicate," "Dedupe," and "Deduplication"

I notice that the verbs "deduplicate" and "dedupe," which I use often in my work, are not in OED nor Merriam-Webster.  Same with "deduplication" in the sense 'elimination of redundancy.'  Google has, respectively, 67,000, 612,000, and 2,150,000 hits for the three words.
