more productive -er

Erick Erickson posted this morning "Bainers, the new Birthers". The
suffix is still productive, even if it took conservatives years to catch
on. Now watch Erickson deny that language evolves.
I suppose, one could say that Trig-Birthers fall into the same class, so
there was an example of -er that conservatives used. However, there are
two inconsistencies in that claim. First, Birthers came first, so
Trig-Birthers reproduced the whole word "Birther", not just the suffix.
Second, the term was coined by progressives mocking other progressives'
conspiracy theory.
