Lately I've heard "either" spoken as EYE-ther ~iether=2C often. But I woul=
d have thought ~eether would be the majority. The President says ~iether.
thefreedictionary.com has
USA =3D ~eether
UK =3D ~iether
speaker icon =3D ~eether (and the notation shows ~eether)
M-w.com has ~eether first and ~iether second

To me ~iether was rare.
