OED odds and ends

"Impact wrench" not in OED, but it does show up in a quote under
"teleoperator":

> 1966 IEEE Trans. Nuclear Sci. 13 15/1   A remotely controlled impact
> wrench would be another example of a teleoperator.

"Pooh Bah" excepts no spelling variations, although "poobah" is far more
common today. "Grand Poobah" is not in OED at all, however spelled.
