OT: Request for information on an article by William Holmes Bennett

Would someone know of a leading Germanist (or anyone else) who might be able to tell me
where William Holmes Bennett published his discovery that Germanic ga- derives from palatal k + syllabic sonant /m/.
Any guidance/leads/etc. would be very gratefully received.
