Not a puns, unless you know English, of course.

"Le Little BIG" is a rendez-vous - payback's a bitch - where there
will be "les _djs mix_ et les _live surprises_ et _surprises_
culinaires …" The childrens' area will feature "le _magazine_
'Doolittle'." There will be "les _stands_ de marques mêlant produits
et _happenings_," plus "_spots_ de _surf_ et une _surf academy_
gratuite."

The first B in _BIG_ most likely stands for "Biarritz," but it's never
spelled out, probably because this is already the _4th edition_ of
this festival and everybody likely to care already knows what BIG
stands for.
