lipo suck

Don't know if this has come up before:

It makes sense to have a string of like items serialized in that
sentence. But what's wrong with "liposuctions"? Perhaps a jargon trend
among plastic surgeons. Or maybe it was just said to make a point.

On the other hand, "lipo suck" or "liposuck" is also used as a verb.
Nouning a backformation?
