"melt-up" and "cyber-squatter"

Does anyone know if "melt-up" is a brand-new term to the stock market or an old term that happened to get brushed off and re-used?

I have only previously heard "cyber-squatter" used to mean someone who buys a URL that somebody else is likely to want and then makes money selling the URL. A story today, originating with the Chicago Tribune, has a different meaning: somebody who goes into a cafe and stays there for hours using the cafe's Wi-FI.
