I haven't watched the program, so I'm not absolutely certain what a
"normal" is -- but:

"Normalista" -- Someone who obsessively wants to be a normal, so they
can have a photo op with the "unusuals" (celebrities)?  In that
aspect only, an enthusiast of normals.  A la "fashionista",
obsessively interested in fashion and the fashionable.
