Another monosyllabic base form for PSP

I'm not aware of any male bearing a family name with a feminine suffix.

I have met some Americans of Polish descent who had family names with a feminine suffix. My WAG is that some female ancestor came alone with her children and at Ellis Island when asked her name gave the feminine form which was then given to the children.
