The OED's "Publication history"

This instant (1:04 PM) when I logged in again to the OED, I DO see
the "Publication history" link at "slogan, n." and "motto, n."!! And
elsewhere. Including "disturb, v.", which is what I am.
(I also find the "Log out" link at the bottom of the page.)
I haven't got a clue.
