Since it's Restaurant Week in my current hometown of Hamden, CT, we are once again treated to special offers of $20 "prefix" dinners and lunches.  I know, it's in the eggcorn database, which makes it an oldie (at least 8 years old) but goodie.  And yes, just prefix meals, you have to pay extra for ginger, carrots, and other roots.
