smack; bandwidth; nomophobia

Today a Fox News caption defines: "Nomophobia: Fear of Being Without a
Smart Phone."

A Phoenix mom on CNN say that officials "don't have the bandwidth or the
authority" to take care of a problem.  As "ability" or "intelligence,"
UrbanDictionary takes this back to 2006.

Last night NPR approvingly mentioned kids in Alabama who "share smack."  UD
has "gossip...shit about one another" (2005).   Obviously from  talking
"smack" rather than shooting it.
