"gunfight" and "exchange of gunfire"

All I can find new is speculation that his neck wound came from a botched
suicide attempt in the boat. (Not everybody is Annie Oakley). The _Mail_
Online also has a drawing of him shooting at cops from the poop deck or
whatever. All the evidence one should need nowadays, no doubt.

So far, still nothing definitive. The Police Commissioner of Waterbury told
CNN this morning that he "believed" that "a gun" had been discovered "near"
the boat but wasn't certain.

So not even the Commish knows.

SPECIAL NEWS BALONUS: It was said repeatedly that on Thursday night the
evil duo had "robbed a convenience store" or, in some versions,
specifically a "7-11."

Turns out they hadn't.
