When a fellow-student from Cambridge-Rindge High was interviewed on Boston
TV and the face asked her about "duh ZHO car," she said,
"*We* know him as
"joe CARR"
before carrying answering the question.
So, "joe CARR" is good enough for me, as the AmE rendering of the name,
Д-ж-о-х-а-р D-zh-o-kh-a-r.
