Popular adages updated (Doghousediaries)

The website Doghousediaries posted a graphic with updated versions of
old sayings. No doubt this modernization exercise has been performed
many times in the past. Some of these new sayings are entertaining.

Graphics are not searchable (usually). So below is an text version of
the new sayings.
