In Timely Topics, a newsletter, dated Feb 24, 1899, there is an article
with the follow sentence:
"He was one of the 385 deputies of all the united leftist groups who after
the act of May 16, 1877, refused to join in a vote of confidence in the
DeBroglia cabinet."
