The Rise of the Litterplugs

The above article introduces the apt term "Litterplugs" to describe
those morally-conflicted litterers who, while refusing to use trashcans,
still go to great lengths to keep their garbage off the street.

I've seen this misplaced scrupulosity once or twice in myself but am
still surprised at the extent to which others have taken it.
