Kaizen (verb)

I started using "kaizen" as a verb in the late 1990s when I interpreted in the lean manufacturing field. I had stopped that by 2000.

The earliest I see is a post in 2005 (http://www.multiverse.org/fora/showthread.php?t=1959).

The OED and Wiktionary do not have the verb meaning.

FWIW, I sometimes used "rekaizen" and "dekaizen," tongue-in-cheek.
