I've seen "s/he" since at least the 1970's but I can't recall ever having seen "wo/man" before.

I've never seen "neuro-plasticitiy" or "cognitive modifiability" before, but they could be standard
jargon in psychology.

I imagine the conference will be in English, that being one of the three official languages of Israel.
