Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, Superior, the names of the Great Lakes.  It still sort of works if you consider Michigan and Huron to be one lake (Lake Michigan-Huron), as they are hydrologically, although it's a little weird to have the hyphenated portions of the name out of order and separated by Ontario.
