Curious

I received a piece of mass mail today advertising solar panels. It asks, "Are you solar curious?"
There is a picture of an opposite-sex couple and two kids. It says: Best thing about getting solar: "Our kids are growing up with a new normal."
The OED's entry on "curious" is outdated, but it has "bi-curious" (though missing the meaning of gay people curious about heterosexuality). Wiktionary (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/bi-curious) has both meanings of bi-curious. I just can't believe "normal" is there by coincidence.
To me, "solar curious" sounds like a play on "bi-curious," though I suspect there are a lot of other "-curious" expressions out there.
