"Sliders" are haute cousine

There are at least 5 restaurants in the Boston area alone (OK, so 3 of
them are from the same chain ;-) ) that use "Kobe beef sliders" or "Kobe
sliders" on their menus (this is from personal experience, not from
Googling).
