According to http://www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk/dictionary/words/48158/, the Cantonese name for the game 15, 20 (often a drinking game) is 數字拳 (sou3 zi6 kyun4 "counting fists").
http://lifebehindthewall.wordpress.com/2010/07/22/how-to-lose-at-chinese-drinking-games/ says the game is called shíwŭ èrshí (15, 20) in Mandarin.
As far as I can tell, neither is in the Chinese or English versions of Wikipedia or Wiktionary. I can't find it in Google Books either.
I think I must have learned this game no later than 1989.
