I wondered how "face-to-face" could apply to an apparatus or
procedure -- that is, be absent human contact. What it means,
apparently, is "facing" the patient with *information* -- via a
display, education, computer access to medical records, etc. So I
wonder if "procedure" -- at least in the sense of "medical procedure"
-- should be included. Surely not for a proctology procedure.
