1947 _Christian Science Monitor_ 28 Mar. 3 (ProQuest Historical Newspapers)  America's atom bomb conceivably could be used to detonate a hydrogen superbomb 1,000 times as powerful, Dr. Philip Morrison of Cornell University told natural scientists at an Atomic Energy Control Conference here.  But natural science, he said, does not now have the means of producing a hydrogen bomb.
