OT, since I have nothing to say about "September," but I learned
"umbrella" as "UM-ba-rella" and also "parasol," as a total synonym, no
difference in meaning whatsoever. These days, I use only "UM-brella"
and "parasol" has been relegated to the trashbasket of history.
