In 1940 Legman, who worked with Kinsey, published _Oragenitalism:  An Encyclopaedic Outline of Oral Technique in Genital Excitation. Part I: Cunnilinctus_ (NY: J. R. Brussel).

Something like "oro-genital" contact if memory serves.  (Always a stickler, perhaps he'd have considered "oral" simpliciter to refer to osculation.)  And I'm not sure he (or rather his consultants) considered it to be sex, anticipating a certain commander-in-chief to come.
