1918 _Viereck's_ 24 July 396 (JSTOR)  Speaking of the new form of futurism known as "Dadaism" which has recently sprung up, the _Ko[umlaut over o]lnische Zeitung says: "In a hall in Berlin West, at other times used by the Secession for its art exhibitions, a new art tendency called 'dadaism' is being preached.  The hearers listen to 'dadaist' poems and have their ears charmed with word-structures.
