Exactly so! How could I have forgotten that mind-chancre of a word, merely
because *I* have no use for it? Well, as a now-deceaed, but then merely of
my current age, elderly friend once advised me, ca. 1957, when I was but a
tad, "Don't get old, son!"

Now, I wish I'd heeded his sage advice. But, who knew?
