--denoting a survivor of Typhoon Haiyan who goes to a local airport on the chance that they'll get a flight out, without a reservation.  This was reported on ABC's network new tonight; I don't know if it will catch on.  Presumably "Haiyan" will up for serious consideration for NOTY.
