Thai>. Some quasi-IPA variants would be something like [jai ~ jaj ~ jay ~
yay] und dagleich. The Bullwinkle <[yigh] by [yigh]> sounds like what the
originator or the <yay long ... yay wide> queried: his navy brother
allegedly said [yigh] by [yigh], IIRC. The pertinent datum is located in
