-shed, -scape

There is a relevant instance of "view-shed" in a planning document
with a GB date of 1971. The Penn State Library apparently has the
document, and the catalog entry lists a 1971 date. Searching GB for
"1971" within the volume indicates that some letters or reports within
the document are dated 1971. Searching for "1977" shows snippets of
tables with titles like "Phase II (1974-1977)". I would guess this is
a future projection, and 1974 is in the future. This document is a
good candidate for examination on paper, I think.
