Great work antedating recent terms. Hugo.

This comment is on a different topic. When I visited the
photo-bombers.com website to look at the early citation I noticed a
comment attached to the photo that illustrates an ongoing electronic
conflict: linguistic AI warfare. The comment seems to be on-topic and
the photo-bombers.com website is mentioned, but the point being made
is not very clear.

The author of photo-bombers.com has written an excellent article. You
have made your point and there is not much to argue about. It is like
the following universal truth that you can not argue with: On panel
discussion shows, someone always says “It’s important to remember,
they’re not a monolithic group” Thanks for the info.

The message above is really an automated spam message. It was injected
into the discussion section of the website by a bot. The webmaster did
not recognize the problem, presumably. The entity posting the message
used the title "payday loans" and linked to a web domain for payday
loans. This heavy-handed maneuver made the purpose obvious.

Have any list members seen interesting articles about the evolution of
automated messages in discussion forums. Advanced AI systems could be
deployed for commercial and ideological purposes.

Three days later on June 23rd, the Flickr group Photobombers[4] was launched for people to share their own photobomb exploits online.
