Wilson, the problem is that those of us in the "fuck NP over" dialect can *also* say "fuck over NP" (as long as the NP isn't a pronoun:  ?I want to fuck over him).  So you can't tell whether someone who can say/write "fuck over NP" (for non-pronominal NP) has come over to your version of English where that's the only possible syntax for the expression, but if you find yourself saying "I want to fuck that farmer over", you'll realize you've come over to ours.  Life is unfair.
