"Barb wire"

There was an extremely badly reviewed shoot-em-up movie 10 or so years ago
-- the tough babe leading character was named Barb Wire -- presumably
spelled Weyer or Weir or the like.  I suppose I saw the name written out at
the time.  I  the name of the movie.
