microchanges: Believe It or Not!!

Was just watching a Robert Ripley short from the early '30s.
I noticed that Ripley (b. 1890, grew up in California) stressed "museum" on
the first syllable: very odd for a non-Southerner?
And, Believe It or Not!!, he said "can't win an argument from this woman!"
"With" is the only preposition that works for me.
