Request Sunday Times (UK) article in 1948 - Gale NewsVault - Quote about penny dreadfuls

A humorous quotation about the eclipse of the "penny dreadful" by the
"ha'penny dreadfuller" been attributed to A.A. Milne, the creator of
Winnie the Pooh, and I've been asked to investigate. There is a strong
lead for the quotation visible in a snippet in the Google Books
database.
Perhaps some list member has access to a Gale NewsVault database with
the Sunday Times and would be willing to help. Below is the citation.
The goal is to construct a complete citation, and I would love to
receive a PDF (or scan) of the article showing the quote and a PDF (or
scan) of the full page showing the date.
