Early Cockney vees for double-yous

A form of hypercorrection for Germans speaking English: in German,
Volkswagen is pronounced "Folksvagen". The Germans have to remember to
replace the 'v' sound of their letter 'w' when speaking English, but often
replace all 'v' sounds, ie, village becomes 'willage'.
