This is a style of writing stereotypical of trolls posting to liberal pages.

I'm not going to accuse Obama of lying about his place of birth...
I'm not going to claim that it's solely the Democrats who are responsible
for this fiscal debacle...

The conservative polloi try to imitate this style in their trolling of
liberal pages:

"I'm not saying Obama is lying. I'm just saying that MAYBE Obama is lying!
Now watch the liberal Dumbocrat sheeple attack me because I express my
opinion."
