Itch-X is a brand name for a preparation with pramoxine (a topical anesthetic for many sorts of itches) as a major ingredient.

from the evidence of the google hits, "yard rash" is seems to be an informal term used for rashes acquired via yard work (by people) or by contact with other creatures (by dogs).
