Antedating of "Frankfurter"

Searches of online databases often fail to retrieve articles that have the keywords being searched for.  I have verified this citation two different ways, it's definitely in there at the issue and page indicated.

I thought I would point out that a NYTimes search does not bring this story
up anywhere in the the Sept. 3-8, 1877 timeframe.
