Donetsk (Ukrainian: Донецьк Ukrainian pronunciation: [doˈnɛt͡sʲk],
translit. Donets’k; Russian: Доне́цк, tr. Donetsk, IPA: [dɐˈnʲet͡sk]

This is correct, WRT to the fact that the initial syllable does not contain
shwa in either Russian or Ukranian.

1970.
